Who We Are
The PTMA is a professional not for profit association whose members represent customer contact
organizations, community alliances and the suppliers who support them.

Our Vision
To be the leading professional association for customer contact centers and supporting industries

Statement of Purpose
PTMA will provide a forum to promote the knowledge of people, technology and education through the sharing of concepts, tools and best practices.

BENEFITS:

  • Monthly luncheon meetings and special events offer networking and information sharing opportunities with our peers in the customer contact industry.
  • Tours of call centers are conducted to share ideas and enable members to observe operations of Member Company call centers.
  • Panel and round-table discussions provide a format for sharing best practices, issues and solutions related to common challenges within the customer contact industry.
  • Presentations and programs enable members to be informed about the latest industry trends, direction and technology.
  • PTMA provides a format to make our voices heard regarding vital issues such as skilled labor forces, education, legislation and economic development.
  • A newsletter is published with articles and information about the association and its members.
  • A membership directory is published for communication with members and suppliers in the industry.
  • Staff development is promoted by exposure to professional organizations for key individuals within member companies.
  • Scholarship funds are awarded to further the education and expand the customer contact labor force within our community.
  • An annual award is presented to the "Call Center of the Year" in separate categories to recognize contact centers of all sizes.
