One of the most important benefits of being a PTMA member is the
ability to network with other Call Center professionals about
industry and day to day operational issues. New to our members is an
opportunity to share information on a regular basis by sending

group for members only. Its intent is to provide a question and
answer forum for members to share information, knowledge and
possible solutions on a regular basis.
